ARRANGE A VISITNature-based Play
Our spacious and nature-rich outdoor environment offers a variety of hands-on experiences for children. From playground fun to caring for chickens, observing stingless bees, tending to vegetable gardens, composting and exploring our worm farm – there’s always something to discover. Children also enjoy our fruit trees, mud kitchen, loose parts play area, bike tracks, and lush grassy lawns. These elements provide meaningful, real-life learning about the life cycles of plants and animals. We welcome children aged 3 to 5 (turning 4 before June 30), supporting their growing minds and bodies in a calm, nurturing and inspiring setting.
Quality Childcare
We at Dayboro Community Kindergarten are proud to announce that we have achieved an overall rating of ‘Exceeding the National Quality Standard’ under the National Quality Framework. This was awarded by The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
This rating recognises providers and educators using innovative practice to achieve significant improvements for children and families, the local community and organisations, and the wider education and care sector.
Further to our overall rating we are excited to report that we achieved the ‘Exceeding’ rating in each of the seven quality areas. This is very positive news for our Kindergarten and the Dayboro community.
